Deposits and Payments:

 

Peak Season:

 

Christmas/New year’s (December 24th – January 8th) 3 Night Minimum Stay

A deposit of $50 is required upon booking. Payment equal to 50% of the total tariff is due by the 1st July and the balance is due by the 1st December

 

Easter: 4 Night Minimum Stay

A deposit of $50 is required upon booking. Payment equal to 50% of the total tariff is due by the 30th November and balance is due 28 days prior to arrival.

 

Long Weekends: 3 Night Minimum Stay

A deposit of $50 is required upon booking. Payment equal to 50% of the total tariff is due 3 months prior to arrival with balance due 28 days prior to arrival.

 

High Season and Low Season:

Minimum stays subject to seasonality

A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation is required upon booking with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellations and Changes:

Peak Season:

Cancellations made greater than 28 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations made within 28 days which are unable to be resold will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. If the site/accommodation is resold a refund for the sold dates will be given minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days will result in forfeiture of all monies paid

 

High Season:

Cancellations made greater than 14 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

 

Low Season:

For cancellations made greater than 7 days prior to arrival a $30 administration fee may apply. Cancellations made within 7 days may result in forfeiture of all monies at the manager’s discretion.

All cancellations will be judged on a case by case basis and some consideration may be given for exceptional circumstances.
